Two houses become one

A family of four bought a property that had two dwellings side by side. They merged the two together.

What: Renovation

Where: Dubbo

The project

The owners of this home had a vision that others didn't’ They saw the potential of these two side-by-side houses to become a single home.

With a growing family, they saw the need for more space than one of the houses would provide - but didn’t want to put the second dwelling to waste.

That’s where we came in.

We helped them develop a plan to merge the two spaces into a single, functional home.

The result

This is a home with a great story, and a lot of character. The end result is seamless - it certainly doesn’t look like two houses cobbled together!

In the owners words,

“Thank you Tim and Co, you guys were fantastic to work with and gave us some great ideas - and we really appreciate your ideas that helped us save some dollars too. Two houses into one... we love our new home!"
