Construction
We are experienced in working with government agencies and their design teams to deliver development projects. We understand and respect the intricacies and communication pathways of working with multiple stakeholders and have established processes in place to meet the necessary reporting requirements.
Project management
Our builders and supervisors are experienced project managers with a sound and practical knowledge of the technical, environmental, and contractual demands of construction projects. We can project manage the entire development process from initiation through to completion. We maintain open and honest communication throughout to ensure safe completion on time and within budget.
Quality and safety
We pride ourselves on quality and providing a safe work environment. Our documented systems and processes ensure all our work meets Australian building codes and safety standards.
Connection to community
As a 100% Aboriginal owned business, we support Aboriginal subcontractors, suppliers and trainees. We are also committed to helping people in our community. We partner with local schools to offer work experience to students throughout the year. We also sponsor grass- roots community groups that are working to ‘close the gap’ in our communities.
Who we’ve worked with
We’ve worked extensively with the NSW Aboriginal Housing Office and NSW Land and Housing Corporation, delivering new homes under the Affordable Housing Scheme while upgrading existing homes to specified standards. In this work, our goal is to build functional and comfortable homes, that meet the highest quality standards possible within budget. We want to reduce ongoing maintenance costs in high-traffic areas as much as possible, while also delivering on value for money.
We also help deliver government and commercial upgrades and refurbishments, such as renovating the bathrooms and living areas within a local residential aged care facility for UPA Western Region.
